If your bat is USA certified, it means it's game ready and authorized use in all little leagues. But if it's not, that doesn't mean you can't use it to train during batting practice. But ideally, you want to invest in a little league bat that qualifies for little league play. Moreover, a Little League bat will generally fall in the drop 8 to drop 13.5 length to weight ratio regions. This means that the stronger little leaguers can go all the way down to the drop 8.
