BaseballBargains.com wants you to be happy with our products and our services. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as quick and convenient for you as possible.

Our 30 Day Guarantee

All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging with all tags and labels attached. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number obtained from BaseballBargains.com’s customer service department.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 12 % RESTOCKING FEE.

Restocking fees are waived on exchanges.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Free Shipping Restrictions

Orders over $99 ship for free unless any of the following are part of the  order:

1 – Baseballs and Softballs

2 – Pitching Machines and Field Equipment

3 – Over-sized items marked with an (*)

If any such items are part of the order a shipping charge will be assessed.

Warranties

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Defective products will be replaced with the same stock number, color and size.

Bat Warranties

*BATS- Alloy and Composite bats are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Most warranties are valid for 400 days from the date of purchase Some composite wood and bamboo bats come with a 1 time replacement warranty valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE HANDLED BY THE MANUFACTURERS.The Manufacturer’s require that all returns be sent back to them. A copy of our receipt must accompany the bat return. The customer must contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim and to obtain a return authorization number. Feel free to contact us at         800-323-9973 for manufacturers contact information and/or a copy of your sales receipt.

DO NOT SEND DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE BATS TO BASEBALL BARGAINS.

New Bats (Unused)

All unused, new bats in their original ‘shrink wrapped’ packaging may be returned to BaseballBargains.com within 30 days of purchase. Please call BaseballBargains.com at 1-800-323-9973 for a return authorization number (RA#). Unless products are defective or shipped in error, shipping charges are not refundable.

Your Account

By creating a BaseballBargains.com account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, account password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. BaseballBargains.com does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may order from Team Express Distributing, LLC. only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Misuse, fraud, misrepresentation or unauthorized use our brand, company name, website, logos or images is prohibited. BaseballBargains.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion at any time.
