Free Shipping Restrictions
Orders over $99 ship for free unless any of the following are part of the order:
1 – Baseballs and Softballs
2 – Pitching Machines and Field Equipment
3 – Over-sized items marked with an (*)
4 – Use of any discount or promo code
If any such items are part of the order a shipping charge will be assessed. The shipping charge will appear in your cart.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Shipping charges for orders under $99 will be a flat rate $9.95 unless any of the restrictive items list above are part of the order. In that case you will see the actual shipping charge in your shopping cart.
Q. When does my item ship?
A. We try our very best to send out all orders by the next business day. Some exceptions apply due to availability. Dropshipped items may take an extra day or two to get out of the Manufacturers warehouse.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address used at checkout after your order ships. This email sometimes ends up in the customers spam folder. Dropshipped orders may require an extra 2-3 days to get the tracking information due to the delay in their posting to our system. It will be emailed to the customer as soon as it is posted. The delay in receiving the tracking number does not affect the actual shipping date or delivery time.
Q. When should I receive my order?
A. Transit times for orders vary based upon the delivery location and the size of the items orders. Typically orders are received in 1-7 business days.
Q. How does my item ship?
A. Items ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. The size, weight and destination of the order will dictate which method is used. Drop shipped orders may ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is not available through our website. Customers can call us at 631-434-3060 to check availability to upgrade to next day and 2nd day air options. Drop shipped items are not able to be expedited.
