Returns and Cancellations

RETURN POLICY

All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging with all tags and labels attached. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number obtained from BaseballBargains.com's customer service department. Bats removed from their original wrapper are not eligible to be returned. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 12% RESTOCKING FEE. Restocking fees are waived on exchanges.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

EXCHANGES: Baseball Bargains will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please email us at customerservice@baseballbargains.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Baseball Bargains.

REFUNDS: Returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. The original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping was free. i.e. original order totaled $100 and shipped via free ground shipping... After receipt of the return, the customer will receive a refund of $100 less 12%, less the cost of original shipping. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: All order cancellation requests must be made by contacting our Customer Service Department at 516-465-2120. Email requests and/or voice messages are not valid methods of requesting an order cancellation. Customers must speak to a customer service representative to receive an order cancellation number. Without an assigned cancellation number, orders returned are subject to our Return Policy as stated above along with all associated fees.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:*BATS- Alloy and Composite bats are covered by manufacturer's warranties. Most warranties are valid for 400 days from the date of purchase Some composite wood and bamboo bats come with a 1 time replacement warranty valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. ALL WARRANTIES ARE HANDLED BY THE MANUFACTURERS. The Manufacturer's require that all returns be sent back to them. A copy of our receipt must accompany the bat return. The customer must contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim and to obtain a return authorization number. DO NOT SEND DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE BATS TO BASEBALL BARGAINS.

CLEARANCE/CLOSEOUT ITEMS: Clearance or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales are FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. All products sold by Baseball Bargains are brand new, first quality with full factory warranties. NO returns of used items will be accepted. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.
