PXT Fastpitch Softball Bat â€“ The newest of the Louisville Slugger softball bats is the PXT design. These are Louisville Slugger fastpitch bats for elite hitters. Batters, who possess excellent bat speed and contact skill, will immediately appreciate this new concept in barrel displacement.
The PXT uses a power-balanced swing weight concept to condense the size of the "sweet spot", but the smaller area generates more force on contact. These new Louisville Slugger bats are great for heavy contact hitters looking to go beyond the fences. It's 100% composite design, each with a standard 7/8ths inch handle diameter. The PXT also comes in 3 weight drops Â and 5 length/weight combinations.
Louisville Slugger Xeno
Xeno Fastpitch Softball Bat â€“ The second new model for 2018 is a perfection of possibly the most popular of all the Louisville Slugger softball bats. The 2018 Xeno model is available in the exact same series of 5 length/weight combinations as the PXT. TheseÂ Louisville Slugger fastpitch bats are available in four weight drops. The smallest is a 29-inch, 18-ounce bat. Each additional inch in length adds one ounce to the weight. So, choose from the the weight drops of 8,9,10 and 11.Â In addition, hitters, who reviewed the Xeno, noted that it had essentially no break in period.
