Q. When does my item ship?

A. We try our very best to send out all orders by the next business day. Some exceptions apply due to availability. Dropshipped items may take an extra day or two to get out of the Manufacturers warehouse.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address used at checkout after your order ships. This email sometimes ends up in the customers spam folder. Dropshipped orders may require an extra 2-3 days to get the tracking information due to the delay in their posting to our system.  It will be emailed to the customer as soon as it is posted. The delay in receiving the tracking number does not affect the actual shipping date or delivery time.

Q. When should I receive my order?

A. Transit times for orders vary based upon the delivery location and the size of the items orders. Typically orders are received in 1-7 business days.

Q. How does my item ship?

A. Items ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. The size, weight and destination of the order will dictate which method is used. Drop shipped orders may ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is not available through our website. Customers can call us at 631-434-3060 to check availability to upgrade to next day and 2nd day air options. Drop shipped items are not able to be expedited.

Q. How do I know my order has been placed?

A. When you complete your order online, an order number will be displayed. We will also email you an order confirmation minutes after you complete your order. This email will have the order number for your reference and confirm the product you ordered. Please note you will receive a second email from us once the item(s) have been shipped.

Q. I’ve lost my receipt and need one for warranty purposes. Do you have a copy of my receipt?

Q. Do you accept Purchase Orders?

A. Yes. We accept purchase orders from accredited educational institutions. Please fax all purchase orders to 631-434-3063.

Q. Can I order COD?

A. No. Unfortunately, we are unable to process COD (Collect on Delivery) orders.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. We are required to charge sales tax in the state where our office is located: (New York)

Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

A. Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service. Estimated delivery for APO/FPO packages is 2-6 weeks. All APO/FPO packages are subject for approval based on shipping restrictions, for example, package weight and package dimensions. For more information regarding USPS APO/FPO please contact the United States Postal Service at 800-275-8777 or www.usps.com.

Q. How do I return my item?

Q. I am interested in buying an item. Can I get it in a different color or size?

A. Availability of colors and sizes can be located on the item’s display page. Check for the color you want to see.

Q. Are there sizing charts for batting gloves?

A. Unfortunately, there are no good sizing charts for batting gloves. Currently, we do not offer one.

Q. Do batting gloves only come in pairs, or can I buy them separately?

A.All batting gloves we sell are sold in pairs.
